Booking

• The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. StayatSas reserves the right to cancel a booking if the lead guest is under 25.
• When making a booking, we ask for your full name, email address, telephone number and payment details.
• Once payment has been received, you will automatically receive a booking confirmation. Please check the confirmation carefully and notify us of any errors as soon as possible.
• By making a booking and completing payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the house rules.

Guest Registration in Marbella

For stays at our apartment in Marbella, Spanish law requires us to register the identity of all guests. This requirement applies to hotels, apartments and holiday rentals in Spain. Before arrival, all guests for whom this statutory registration is required must send us a clear copy or photo of a valid passport or national identity card so that we can complete the legally required guest registration. The Spanish authorities may verify this information. Without the required registration, we are legally unable to accommodate guests. Your personal data is treated confidentially and used solely to comply with the statutory registration requirements.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to send a clear photo or scan of a valid passport or ID card of all guests for whom this registration is legally required prior to arrival.

The Spanish authorities may check this. Unfortunately, without this mandatory registration, we are not allowed to receive guests. Naturally, we will treat your personal data confidentially and use it solely to comply with the statutory registration obligation.

2. Payment

Tiny Houses Veluwe

• The full rental amount is payable at the time of booking.
• he booking is confirmed once the full payment has been received.

Holiday Apartment in Marbella

• A 30% deposit of the total rental amount is payable at the time of booking.
• The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 60 days before the arrival date.
• The booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

3. Cancellation Policy

Tiny Houses Veluwe

• Up to 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Between 7 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund.

Any refunds will be paid back within 14 days.

Holiday Apartment in Marbella

• Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
• Between 14 and 30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund.

Any refunds will also be processed within 14 days.

4. Arrival and Key Handover

Tiny Houses Veluwe

Three days before arrival, you will receive the following by email or WhatsApp:

• the key safe code
• instructions for opening the key safe
• information about the barrier key
• our digital guest guide
• practical arrival information

The key remains the property of StayatSas and may not be copied or transferred to third parties. A fee of €75 will be charged if the key and/or barrier pass is lost.

Holiday Apartment in Marbella

One week before your arrival, you will receive:

• the exact address
• a Google Maps location
• our digital guest guide
• practical arrival information

All keys and remote controls remain the property of StayatSas and may not be copied or transferred to third parties. A fee of €150 will be charged if the keys are lost.

Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. A few days before arrival, we will arrange an exact arrival time with you so that our local check-in host can welcome you personally.

Alternative arrival times are only possible by prior arrangement.

5. Accommodation

• Check-in from 3.00 pm.
• Check-out by 10:00.
• The accommodation is completely non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside provided cigarette butts are tidied away properly.
• Open fires and charcoal barbecues are not permitted due to the risk of fire
• The mandatory final cleaning is always included.
• Subletting or granting use to third parties is not permitted.
• Only the number of guests stated on the reservation may stay at the accommodation.
• Moving furniture or inventory is not permitted.
• Charging electric vehicles via the accommodation is not permitted.

6. Damage and liability

We expect you to treat our accommodation with care.

Do you notice any damage or defects upon arrival? Please report this immediately so that no misunderstandings can arise about it.

Should any damage occur to the accommodation or inventory during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can look for a suitable solution together.

Security Deposit for the Marbella Apartment

A €300 security deposit is required for the apartment in Marbella.

f the apartment is left in good condition and no damage has occurred, the security deposit will be refunded as soon as possible after departure.

7. House rules

To keep everyone's stay pleasant, we kindly ask you to respect the house rules below.

• Leave the accommodation tidy.
• Wash the used dishes and put them back in the cupboards and/or empty the dishwasher
• Empty the fridge and freezer completely.
• Throw away all the rubbish and empty the bins.
• Use energy, gas and water carefully.
• Please respect the night-time peace and quiet of local residents. Between 23:00 and 07:00, we ask that you avoid causing noise nuisance.
• Parties and gatherings are not permitted.
• Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
• A maximum of one small dog is permitted, strictly by prior arrangement. Dogs are not allowed on the sofas or beds.
• If the accommodation is left in an exceptionally dirty condition, additional cleaning fees may be charged.
• The use of a cot or high chair is entirely at your own risk.
