Booking Information for our Tiny Houses on the Veluwe

Below you'll find the most important information about booking and staying at our apartment in Marbella. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us, we're happy to help.

Booking

• The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, will also be staying at the accommodation and is responsible for their fellow guests.
• Only the number of guests for whom the booking has been made may stay in the accommodation.
• Your reservation is confirmed once the payment has been received.

Payment

• When making your reservation, you pay the full rental amount.
• ou can pay securely by iDEAL, credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to and including 14 days before the arrival date: 100% refund.
• 13 to 7 days before the arrival date: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before the arrival date: no refund.

Maximum Number of Guests

• Our Tiny houses properties can accommodate up to 5 guests, including a baby. With a living area of approximately 50 m², they are most comfortable for 4 adults or 2 adults with 3 children.
• To guarantee peace, safety and the quality of the stay, only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the accommodation.

Children and Babies

• All Tiny houses units are equipped with a high chair and a fold-away camp bed measuring 120 × 60 cm with a mattress, suitable for children aged 0 to 2 years and weighing up to 15 kg. Please bring your own bed linen for the camp bed.
• In addition, every Tiny house shop stocks children’s crockery and cutlery, as well as a wide selection of toys, books and games for various age groups.
• Tiny house Julia and Tiny house Pippa also have a fully fenced garden, so children can play safely and parents can relax and enjoy themselves.

Pets

• One dog is welcome in all our Tiny Houses. You can add your dog to the booking for €15 per night. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask you not to let your dog sleep on the beds or sofas. Please always clean up after your dog in the garden and throughout the holiday park.
• To keep the cottage clean and comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that you do not allow your dog on the sofas or in the bedrooms.
• We also kindly request you to always clean up dog mess in the garden and on the park immediately.

Check-in

• You can easily check in yourself via a key safe at the cottage.
• You can check in independently using the key safe next to the house. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. We recommend arriving no later than 10:00 PM so you can easily find and access your Tiny House.

Check-out

• Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

Parking

Each Tiny House includes free parking for one car on the private parking space next to the house. Additional cars can be parked free of charge in the parking area near the entrance to the holiday park.

Mandatory Final Cleaning Fee

A mandatory final cleaning fee applies to every booking. This fee is automatically added to your reservation during the booking process.

Bed linen and towels

• You can bring your own bed linen or add bed linen to your booking for €10.95 per person. The beds will then be freshly made for your arrival. Please bring your own towels.
• You need to bring your own towels.

Accidental Damage Protection

To make your stay as worry-free as possible, a mandatory €10 contribution per stay applies for our Accidental Damage Protection. This covers minor accidental damage, such as a broken glass or damaged tableware.

Arrival Information

A few days before arrival, you will receive all practical arrival information by email and WhatsApp, including the key safe code and our digital guest guide with everything you need for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Booking Information for our Marbella Apartment

Below you'll find the most important information about booking and staying at our apartment in Marbella. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us, we're happy to help.

Booking

• The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, must stay at the apartment and is responsible for the other guests.
• Only the number of guests specified in the booking may stay at the apartment.
• Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Payment

• A 30% deposit of the total rental amount is payable when you make your booking.
• The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 60 days before the arrival date.
• ou can pay securely by iDEAL, credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
• 29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Less than 14 days before arrival: no refund.

Longer Stays

• Want to enjoy Marbella for longer? Longer stays are available from November through March. Special rates apply during this period and are not displayed on our website.
• Interested in a longer stay? Send us an email or WhatsApp message and we'll be happy to tell you about the available options.

Maximum Number of Guests

• The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. There is also space for one child aged 0–2 years in a travel cot.
• To ensure the peace, safety and quality of the stay, only guests listed on the booking may stay at the apartment.

Children and Babies

For families with young children, a high chair and a foldable travel cot measuring 120 × 60 cm with a foldable mattress are available. The cot is suitable for children aged 0–2 years and weighing up to 15 kg. Bed linen for the travel cot is also provided.

Pets

• One dog is welcome in the apartment by prior arrangement. Please mention this when booking, as each request is reviewed in advance. A surcharge of €100 per stay applies when bringing a dog.
• Please keep your dog on a lead within the residential complex and make sure it does not disturb other residents or guests.
• To keep the apartment clean and comfortable for all guests, please do not allow your dog on sofas, beds or other seating, either indoors or on the terrace.

Check-in

• Personal check-in with our local host.
• Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• A few days before arrival, we'll contact you to arrange an exact arrival time between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, so our host can welcome you personally.

Check-out

• Check-out is no later than 10:30 AM.

Parking

The apartment includes a reserved private parking space in the shade within the gated residential complex.

Beach and Pool Towels

• Bath towels for use inside the apartment are provided.
• Lightweight microfibre towels are available for the beach and swimming pool
• When renting a sunbed at many beach clubs in Marbella, a beach towel is included.

Security Deposit

A €300 security deposit is required for the apartment. If the apartment is left in good condition and no damage has occurred, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible after inspection.

Accidental Damage Protection

To make your stay as worry-free as possible, a mandatory €25 contribution per stay applies for our protection against accidental damage. This covers minor accidental damage, such as a broken glass or damaged bed linen or towels.

Guest Registration in Marbella

Under Spanish law, we are required to register all guests aged 16 and over before arrival. We therefore ask you to provide a clear copy or photo of a valid ID document for each guest in advance. Without this registration, we are legally unable to provide access to the apartment. Please make sure we receive the requested information before arrival.

Under Spanish law, unfortunately we are not permitted to grant you access to the apartment without this registration. Please therefore ensure that we receive the requested details no later than prior to arrival.
